Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer and its influence on gastrointestinal function. Methods By analyzing the clinical data of 50 patients with colorectal cancer admitted into our hospital from July 2014 to May 2015.According to different surgical methods, the patients were divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group,25 cases in each group. The operation-related index and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the laparotomy group, the operation time and hospitalization time of the laparoscope group were significantly shortened (P<0.05).The dissection number of lymph nodes of this group was significantly increased (P<0.05).At the same time, the bowel sound recovery time, anal exhaust time and postoperative eating time were obviously shortened (P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the laparoscope group was 12.00% (3/25),remarkably lower than that of the laparotomy group which was 40.00% (10/25) (P<0.05),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer has significant clinical effect which can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and effectively reduce the incidence of complications,so it can be recommended as the first choice for colorectal cancer radical operation.
