Clinical Application of MRI in the Diagnosis of Meniscus Bucket Handle Tear

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of the clinical application of MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus bucket handle tear.Methods 30 cases of patients with meniscal bucket handle tear were selected in our hospital as experimental group,while 30 cases of no meniscus bucket handle tear were selected as the control group.MRI examination was performed in two groups.The effect of MRI on the meniscus bucket handle tear was analyzed.Results The sensitivity of MRI diagnosis of meniscal bucket handle tears was 93.33%,the specificity was 96.67%,accuracy was 95%,false negative rate was 6.67%,false positive rate was 3.33%,and there was no significant difference between the accuracy of arthroscopy and MRI diagnosis group(P>0.05),in 34 knees,the proportion of the inner shifting sign of fragments was significantly higher than other kinds of signs(P<0.05),the results of MRI and arthroscopy showed no significant difference(P > 0.05), The results of 5 interpretations in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has a significant clinical effect in the diagnosis of meniscus bucket handle tear.
