Research on the Effect of Hydrochloric Acid Mosapride Combined with Deanxit in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia (FD)

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of hydrochloric acid Mosapride combined with Deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 50 cases of functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were selected as research subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Mosapride combined with Deanix therapy on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The effective rate and satisfaction of the treatment of the observation group were obviously better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Combined use of hydrochloric acid mosapride combined with Deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions. The treatment, which can better maintain the health of patients, is of high safety and great application value.
