Abstract:Objective To explore and observe the effect of tirofiban in interventional treatment for acute myocardial infarction pa-tients with no reflow phenomenon. Methods 56 cases of AMI with PCI treated in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2015 were selected, and divided into tirofiban group and nitroglycerin group according to the random number table method, with 28 cases of patients in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with coronary angiography 5 minutes after taking medicine and before the end of PCI surgery respectively. Then the angiography images 5 minutes after taking medicine and before the end of PCI surgery were both observed to evaluate thrombolysis in myocardial infarction ( TIMI) flow grade and TIMI myocardial perfusion grade ( TMPG) , the 24 h platelet activity before and after surgery were detected, and a follow-up recording about the major adverse cardiovascular events ( MACE) incidence within 1 month was performed. Results TMPG grade level 3 accounted tirofiban 5 minutes after the first injection was significantly higher than that of nitroglycerin group (P≈0. 05), the proportion of TIMI grade 3 patients before the end of PCI sur-gery was significantly higher than that of nitroglycerin group (P<0. 05), the postoperative platelet activity index of triofiban group was significantly lower than the preoperative and that of nitroglycerin group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05), the oc-currence rate of MACE of tirofiban group within a month after surgery was significantly lower than that of nitroglycerin group ( P<0. 01). Conclusion Tirofiban can increase coronary blood flow and myocardial tissue perfusion after PCI surgery with no reflow phe-nomenon in patients with acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) , which has a safe therapeutic value on the emergent PCI for AMI.
