Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between ischemic J wave and ST segment changes in the patients with acute coro-nary syndrome, and analyze the malignant arrhythmia occurrence of patients with ischemic J and the prognostic effects which ST seg-ment changes exerted on them. Methods The patients with acute coronary syndromes were divided into two groups based on positive electrocardiogram ( ecg) J wave, control group A ST elevation and observation group B ST depression, and a retrospective analysis of 132 cases of patients was performed from the following perspectives: malignant arrhythmia, ejection fraction, coronary artery lesion, and end point events. Results Ischemic J wave with ST segment in patients with acute coronary syndrome ( acs) group A elevates the malignant arrhythmia occurrence and ejection fraction≤50% , the proportions of myocardial ischemia sites are 28% and 46% in end point events, 67% and 67% in anterior wall respectively;Ischemic J wave with ST segment in patients with acute coronary syndrome ( acs) group B depresses the malignant arrhythmia occurrence and ejection fraction ≤50% , the proportions of myocardial ischemia sites are 14% and 25% in end point events, 80% and 23% in inferior wall respectively. The occurrence of malignant arrhythmia, e-jection fraction, coronary artery lesion and end point events of group A is higher than those of group B (P<0. 05). Conclusion The prognosis of ischemic J wave with ST segment changes in patients with acute coronary syndrome is different:the greater the voltage of a-cute ischemic J wave is, the lower the ejection fraction is, which is prone to sudden death.
