Abstract:Objective To investigate the forms of the composite of dilinoleoyl phosphatidyl choline and Poly L-Lactic Acid Elec-trospun at different ratios. Methods Dilinoleoyl phosphatidyl choline and poly L-lactic acid were dissolved in dichloromethane at dif-ferent mass ratio to prepare homogeneous solution or W/O emulsion electrospun. Electronic microscope was used to observe the forms of the products. Fluorescein was taken as the internal water phase when W/O emulsion electrospun was made. In order to prove the re-sults, fluorescence microscope was inversed to observe the fluorescein in fibers. Results When the ratio of dilinoleoyl phosphatidyl choline to poly L-lactic acid was in a lower level, the product presented beads-fibers structure. With the proportion of dilinoleoyl phosphatidyl choline increasing, the fibers gradually became thin and discontinuous until they finally disappeared. When the composi-tion was nearly all dilinoleoyl phosphatidyl choline, single particles could be obtained, which finally turned into strips. Conclusion Various products could be obtained by blending dilinoleoyl phosphatidyl choline and Poly L-Lactic Acid Electrospun at different ratios.
