Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of nicardipine combined with dexmedetomidine for hypotension in patients with hy-pertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were intravenously adminis-tered with nicardipine 1mg in 2 minutes, followed by continuous micro pump of being 0.3~1.2 μg/(kg· min).Meanwhile, the patients were given a loading dose of dexmedetomidine intravenous injection (0.3μg/kg) in 2 minutes, followed by continuous micro pump of being 0.3~0.7 μg/( kg· h) as the maintenance dose. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and the heart rate of each patient were recorded. Results The systolic blood pressure decreased significantly after intravenous injection of 5 minutes and the diastolic blood pressure showed a dramatic decline after 10 minutes. The drop of the blood pressure presents an obvious efficacy after 25 minutes. And after continuous injection of 60 minutes, the systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure had de-creased by up to (18.00±6.05)%and (14.18±8.26)%respectively compared with the data before the treatment. The heart rate de-creased after the intravenous administration of 5 minutes and stabilized after 20 minutes or even 60 minutes. Conclusion The intrave-nous injection of nicardipine combined with dexmedetomidine can effectively control blood pressure in patients with hypertensive intrac-erebral hemorrhage.
