Abstract:Objective To explore early diagnostic value of the neutrophil /lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with acute coro-nary syndrome ( ACS) , and provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods 100 cases of patients with ACS and 100 cases of normal coronary angiography in our hospital were selected according to the result of blood routine examination.NLR was calculated according to the blood test results, and the early diagnosis value of NLR to ACS was predicted by ROC curve. Results The NLR of ACS pa-tients is (3.435±0.864), while that of the normal persons is (2.155±0.815), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis results show that the AUC area is 0.857 (95%CI 0.806~0.908), and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The NLR significantly increases in patients with ACS, and it has high predictive value for ACS.
