Abstract:Objec tive To study the relationship of aspirin resistance (AR) and low densith lipoprotein (LDL).Methods A total of 162 patients were all treated with aspirin from June 2012 to June 2015.According to AR, the patients were divided into AR group, aspirin semi resistance group (ASR), AR+ASR group and the aspirin sensitive (AS) group. The incidence of AR and its re-lationship with diabetes were analyzed, and its relationship with LDL was statistically analyzed.R esults The concentration of LDL in the AR, AR+ASR and ASR groups was higher than that in the AS group and the difference was significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusions The incidence of AR and ASR may be related to LDL.
