For the patients in the intervention group, the health education was undergone by way of online video centering on the relevant knowledge after the operation. At the same time, breast cancer specialists were arranged for them to perform regular follow-up visits. By contrast, patients in the control group were only given routine health education management, which is to provide the patients with brochures and patients need to learn them by them-selves. Results After 18 months’ experiment, the scores of the Neer, patients’ quality of life and their self-management of the inter-vention group were all higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05).
