Abstract:Objective To investigate the pathogenic factors and therapeutic measures of PPROM. Methods 136 cases of PPROM from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected to retrospectively analyze the pathogenic factors and pregnancy out-comes. Results Among all the pathogeneses of PPROM, most were inflammations which accounted for 27. 9%. About pregnancy out-come, spontaneous vaginal delivery accounted for 57. 0%, cesarean 43. 3% and vaginal assistant delivery 9. 6%. Conclusion The oc-currence of PPROM involves multiple factors, but the infections are still the most important factors, especially chlamydia and mycoplas-ma infection. Most of the pregnancy outcomes are spontaneous vaginal deliveries. PPROM has greatly increased the rate of preterm in-fants. How to reduce the occurrence of PPROM has become a serious problem which requires further investigation by clinicians.
