Abstract:Objective To analyze and research the clinical effect of cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of subarach-noid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage of children. Methods From August 2014 to August 2015, 116 cases of pediatric patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, while those in the observation group were treated with cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy. Scores of clinical neurologic impairment and clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After a detailed comparison of score analysis, clinical neurologic impairment of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of the observation group (91. 38%) was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group ( 74. 14%) , which were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid replacement has significant curative effect in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage of children, which is worthy of promotion and application in the hospital.
