Abstract：Objective To compare and study the different contents of Baicalin in Shuanghuanglian drops and Shuanghuanglian dispensing granules. Methods HPLC was used to measure the contents of Baicalin in Shuanghuanglian drops and Shuanghuanglian dispensing granules. Results The contents of Baicalin in Shuanghuanglian drops and Shuanghuanglian dispensing granules were 27. 992 μg/mL and 27. 794 μg/mL respectively. Conclusion There is no obvious difference between the contents of Baicalin in Shuanghuanglian drops and Shuanghuanglian dispensing granules.
