Observation of Influence and Clinical Effect of Xingnaojing Injection on Cerebral Infarction Patients’ Brain Hemodynamics

Abstract：Objective To observe the influence and clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection on cerebral infarction patients’ brain hemodynamics. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional and supportive treatment, while the research group was given Xingnaojing injection apart from what the control group received. After 15 days’ treatment, the clinical effect and the change of the brain hemodynamics index of the two groups were compared. Results After 15 days’ treatment, the total effective rate of the research group (95. 00%) was obviously higher than that of the control group (80. 00%), with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). Compared with the conditions before treatment, the ACAVm, PCAVm, MCAVm and BAVm of the two groups after treatment in-creased obviously, with statistically significant difference ( P<0. 05 ) . Compared with the control group, the ACAVm, PCAVm, MCAVm and BAVm of the research group after treatment increased remarkably, with statistically significant difference ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Xingnaojing injection has notable effect in the treatment of the patients with cerebral infarction, helping to recover the cranial nerve function and improve the hemodynamics safely and reliably, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
