Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of mirtazapine combined with different doses of amisulpride on depression. Methods 120 patients with depression were randomly divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The con-trol group was given amisulpride (50 mg/d) + mirt azapine (15 mg/d). The observation group was given amisulpride (100 mg/d)+ mirtazapine (15 mg/d). The HAMD-17 score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treat-ment, the HAMD-17 score of the research group significantly decreased, compared with the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). The clinical effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0. 05). The untoward effect rate of research group and control group was 30. 0% (15/50) and 12. 0% (6/50) re-spectively, with statistically significant difference ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion The therapy of 100 mg/d amisulpride combined with 15 mg/d mirtazapine proves superior to 50 mg/d amisulpride combined with 15 mg/d mirtazapine, but along with significantly increased incidence of adverse reactions.
