Clinical Characteristics and Risk Factors of Diabetic Coronary Heart Disease with Type II Diabetes Mellitus in 211 Uyghur Patients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and risk factors of diabetic coronary heart disease in Uyghur pa-tients. Methods The clinical data of 112 simple diabetes and 109 diabetic coronary heart diseases were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the course of diabetes, DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C, HbA1c, Hcy and urine microalbumin between the groups of simple diabete and diabetic coronary disease (P<0. 05). The analysis of Logistic regression indicated that duration of diabe-tes, TG, TC, DBP, Hcy, urine microalbumin and smoking were the main risk factors of diabetic coronary heart disease in Uyghur pa-tients (OR>1). Conclusion There were correlations between the duration of diabetes, TG, TC, DBP, Hcy, urine microalbumin, smoking and diabetic coronary heart disease.
