Abstract:Objective To explore the value of 64-slice spiral CT for diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods 52 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma in our hospital were chosen as the study group and given 64-slice spiral CT scanning, while another 52 cases were chosen as the control group and given 2-slice spiral CT scanning. Diagnostic accuracy for different forms of hepatic carcino-ma and the detection rate of lesion were compared. Results The positive diagnosis rate of the study group was 96. 15%. Diagnostic accuracy of the study group for nodules, huge piece of nodules and diffuse were obviously higher than that of the control group ( P<0. 05). Detection rate of lesion arterial, venous phase and substantial period in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT has a high clinical diagnostic value in diagnosis of primary hepatic car-cinoma.
