Clinical Observation of Application of Motor Dermatome Jointed with Shuertai to Skin Graft Donor Site

Abstract：Objective To observe the healing of skin graft donor site by different methods, motor dermatome jointed with Shuer-tai and rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze.Method 40 cases of patients with the age range from 20 to 55 were divide in-to two groups.One group was treated with motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai and the other was treated with rolling axis blade com-bined with vaseline gauze.Statistics were analyzed, and healing time, numbers of burn surface exudation, rate of burn surface exuda-tion were compared.Results Motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai was superior to rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze in terms of healing time, numbers of burn surface exudation, rate of burn surface exudation (P<0.05).Conclusion When third de-gree burn is repaired with autologous skin, compared with rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze, motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai possess the advantage of shorter healing time and less burn surface exudation.
