The Clinical Application of Psychological Counseling and Behavioral Intervention to CT Enhancement Scanning Patients

Abstract：objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the psychological counseling and behavior intervention for CT enhanced scanning patients.Methods 80 patients of CT enhanced scanning patients who received treatment in our hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given psychological counseling and behavior intervention, and the control group adopted routine nursing care.Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the patients'emotional situations, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The SAS, SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Patients'satisfaction to nursing care was 97.50%, obvi-ously better than 80.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological counseling and behavior intervention to patients with CT enhanced scan is beneficial to relieving patients'anxiety, impro-ving satisfaction and ensuring the smooth implemetation of examiantion.
