Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction of Levofloxacin Injection

Abstract：Objective To analyze 52 cases of adverse drug reaction of Levofloxacin injection in our hospital, so as to standardize clinically rational drug use. Methods The clinical data of Levofloxacin injection adverse reactions of 52 patients in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were analyzed. Results The 52 patients were all given intravenous injection. With the increase of dosage, the occurrence of adverse drug reaction also increased. Clinical manifestations and adverse reaction occurrence time are different, but the slightest adverse reaction occurred when infusion time was more than 180 mins. Conclusion Medical staff should pay special at-tention to the adverse drug reactions of Levofloxacin injection, and apply rational drug use to ensure the safety of patients with medica-tion.
