Application of Central Venous Pressure Monitoring in Patients’ Rehydration Therapy after Gastrointestinal Surgery

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of monitoring central venous pressure liquid treatment on patients’ balance of liquid level, the electrolyte level and hemodynamics after gastrointestinal surgery. Methods 130 cases after gastrointestinal operations were randomly divided into the control group of 65 cases (liquid treatment application of monitoring central venous pressure) and the obser-vation group of 65 cases (normal fluid therapy). The two groups were detected (after operation, 1D, 3D, 5D) on the incidence of uri-nary specific gravity, potassium, sodium, heart rate, average dynamic pulse pressure level, respiration, circulation and other adverse events during the treatment. Results There were significant differences in urine specific gravity, potassium, sodium, heart rate, mean arterial pressure level (t=5. 22, 5. 54, 5. 75, 6. 26, 5. 91, P<0. 05, with significant difference) of the two groups (after opera-tion, 1D, 3D, 5D). The incidences of respiratory, circulation and other adverse events of the two groups (χ2 =4. 23, 4. 56, 4. 65, P<0. 05, SD) were significantly different. Conclusion Monitoring central venous pressure liquid treatment is of great significance for the patients with liquid, electrolyte balance and hemodynamic stability after the gastrointestinal surgery.
