Clinical Analysis of 218 Cases of Endoscopic Excision of Colorectal Polyps

Abstract：Objective To analyze the curative effect of endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps. Methods the clinical data of 218 patients with colon polyps cured with electronic colonoscope from June 2012 to December 2013 in Xuzhou Tumour Hospital was ret-rospectively analyzed. Results All the patients were cured with endoscopic excision under the electronic colonoscopy polyps, without a case of perforation complications, but delayed hemorrhages occurred to 4 patients after the operation, 2 of them were cured in conser-vative way while the other 2 successfully stanched with endoscope in emergency. Conclusion Endoscopic excision of colorectal polyps is convenient, minimally invasive, safe and effective.
