Abstract:Objective To investigate donor liver procurement and its clinical application value. Method 10 Duroc young pigs weighing 10 kilograms were selected. They were given left lateral lobes cutting under general anesthesia, and then simulate perfusion. Results The selected 10 cases of operation were all successful, without intraoperative death; and all the left lateral lobes of livers were complete, the results of simulation perfusion were satisfactory. Conclusion In the practice of living liver transplantation, liver left lobe is more appropriate for liver grafts. For the medical units where human liver transplantation is not accessible, this method can sharpen hepatobiliary surgeons' understanding of liver anatomy and improve their operational ability with higher practical value.
