Diagnosis and Treatment of 51 Cases with Non-invasive Fungal Sinusitis

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of the patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis. Methods The clinical manifestation, CT features, operation methods and curative effects were summarized and analyzed of 51 cases with fungal sinusitis treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012. Results Among the 51 patients, 49 patients had been cured with 1~3 years'follow-up, 2 patients had been healed after re-operation. Conclusion CT scanning is a useful diagnosis of fungal sinusitis. Irrigation is an effective way to cure the fungal sinusitis in nasal endoscopic surgery.
