Clinical Significance of Serum TCG-β1 and EGF Detection on Traumatic Facture Healing

Abstract：Objective To observe clinical significance of serum TCG-β1 and EGF detection on traumatic facture healing. Meth-ods Serum TCG-β1 and EGF levels were determined in both the observation group with 38 facture patients before and after treatment from 2010 July to 2011 July and the control group with 26 normal people. Results Before treatment, the serum TCG-β1 and EGF levels in patients with facture in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Both of the two indexes were obviously reduced after treatment, and the difference was not significant in two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The lev-els of TCG-β1 and EGF might be correlated to the severity and the potential capability of facture healing, which is worth of clinical ap-plication.
