The Effect of Parallel Centripetal Puncture on Arteriovenous Fistula Operation
DING Nuo
Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of parallel centripetal puncture on internal arteriovenous fistula operation, and evaluate the feasibility and application value. Methods 120 cases of hemodialysis received from January 2011 to June 2013 were divided into control group and observation group according to the serial numbers, all of which were treated with arteriovenous fistula op-eration. Control group were treated with traditional puncturing method while observation group were with parallel centripetal puncture. Effect and efficiency of dialysis rate were observed between the two groups. Results Both of the two group were ensured of adequate blood flow. There was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of urea, uric acid, and creatinine. ConclusionCompared with the traditional method of puncture, parallel centripetal puncture can ensure sufficient blood flow in dialysis, confirming to the operating requirements and helping to improve dialysis efficiency. It should be applied extensively for its ideal clinical effects.
