Correlation Analysis of HBeAg, HBV DNA and PreS1-Ag in 216 Patients with Type B Hepatitis

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical significance of PreS1-Ag, HBV DNA and HBeAg to hepatitis B patients. Methods PreS1-Ag, HBV DNA and HBeAg in 216 hepatitis B patients were measured and clinically analyzed. Results The positive rates of PreS1-Ag, HBV DNA and HBeAg were 59.3%, 42.6%, 55.6% respectively. PreS1-Ag's positive rates was higher than that of HBeAg. The positive rates of PreS1-Ag and HBV DNA were of no significant difference. Conclusion PreS1-Ag was a good indicator of HBV replication.
