The Curative Effect Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy and its Correlation with the Expression of Pre and Post Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy TOPIIin Breast Cancer

Abstract：Objective To study the curative effect neoadjuvant chemotherapy and its correlation with the Expression of pre and post neoadjuvant chemotherapy TOPIIin breast cancer. Method 146 cases of patients with breast cancer were chosen in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2013. Their pathologic tissues were collected and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the TOPIIex-pression pre and post neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and then the curative effect and its relationship with the expression of TOPIIin neoad-juvant chemotherapy was analyzed. Results The effective rate of TOPIIexpression positive patients was higher than that of negative patients ( P<0.05 ) , there was a significant difference in the expression of TOPIIpre and post neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer (P<0.05). The effective rate in patients who's TOPIIexpression changed from positive to negative was the highest, and the ef-fective rate in patients who's TOPIIexpression changed from negative to positive was the lowest, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect in patients with positive TOPIIexpression was good, and what' s more, the ef-fective rate in patients whose TOPIIexpression changed from positive to negative was the highest. Therefore, TOPIIcould be used as a prediction index of curative effect .
