Ground purification technology of suspended matters of mine drainage in Zhaogu No.2 coal mine

Abstract：Because of the large mine inflow and suspended matters of mine drainage of Zhaogu No.2 coal mine,the status of mine dewatering system and purification technology of mine drainage on the ground were studied.An automatically-processing equipment and test prototype for mine drainage were designed.The field industrial test on the purification process of mine drainage was performed in Zhaogu No.2 coal mine.The re-sults showed that black muddy mine drainage could be purified into colorless and transparent water by the e-quipment.The contents of suspended matters of parified water met the requirement of the standard of the Pollu-tant Discharge in Coal Industry of China ( GB20426—2006).The designed equipment has such features as small size,high automation and good wastewater treatment,it could replace the traditional mine drainage sedi-mentation tank.The purified water could be used directly for underground production and ground production. The purification treatment eqwipment has a wide application prospect in the mine drainage purification treat- ment of coal mines in China.
