Interleaved type of three level low ripple bidirectional DC/DC Converter

Abstract：In order to meet the security requirements of the small input and output current ripple and the small output voltage ripple of bidirectional DC/DC converter with the appropriate inductance value, a interleaved type of three level low ripple bidirectional DC/DC converter was proposed. It is suitable for some extreme transform or high voltage transform,such as photovoltaic power generation systems,UPS and distributed power generation,etc. The operating principle of it was described in detail,and the output voltage,ripple current,out-put voltage ripple and voltage stress of the converter under steady state were analyzed,and the main work wave forms were obtained. The waveform figures and analysis results show that the bidirectional DC/DC converter has the advantage of continuous input/output current,low output voltage ripple,low voltage stress of switch, large range of output voltage and three level output with the interleaved symmetric circuit structure.
