Design and application of the filtered water type sealing device with pressure grouting by drilling cuttings backfilled borehole

Abstract：In order to understand the present situation of drilling hole sealing at home and abroad,explore more suitable hole sealing technology and hole sealing device,and verify the practical application effect of new hole sealing device,the paper comprehensively discussed the hole sealing technology in China,such as cement mor-tar hole sealing,high polymer material hole sealing,bursa bag hole sealing and sealing hole opener hole sealing method,put out the advantages,disadvantages,and applicability of each hole sealing technologies. On the basis of fully studied on the original hole sealing technologies,the authors proposed the borehole sealing technology with drilling cuttings backfilled borehole. Based on the characteristics of drilling cuttings,a filtered water type sealing device with pressure grouting by drilling cuttings backfilled borehole were designed;At last,the device practical application of the results were tested. The conclusions showed that the sealing device better solve the problems of water ash ratio in borehole sealing operation with many advantages,and the field application effect is better in borehole sealing,so as to ensure safety and high efficiency of the gas drainage operation.
