Abstract：In view of the demand of image processing for non-professional user,an online digital image processing platform is developed with B/S structure based on Matlab. The platform adopts hybrid programming method with both C#.Net and Matlab. The function of digital image processing from Matlab and Web site developed by.Net is combined together to implement the quickly processing functions of the digital images on Web platform.Users could do simple image processing such as transformation, enhancement, compression, segmentation and zooming for images without installing digital image software or mastering professional skills for image processing. It is proved the feasibility and validity of the method throngh experiment.
