Research on vibration fault diagnosis for mine ventilator rolling bearing
Abstract：The purpose of this paper is to study the vibration fault diagnosis for the mine ventilator of extracting feature. The wavelet packet and Hilbert transformation were combined to apply the fault diagnosis for the roll- ing bearing of a mine ventilator. The engineering applications showed that the fault characteristic frequency of the bearing inner ring of a mine ventilator can be extracted with this method. In addition, the shaft-misalign- merit as well as the precise fault diagnosis of a mine ventilator were diagnosed and realized.
