Analysis on lithofacies and sedimentary environments evolution of Sinian in Lushan Area, western Henan Province
Abstract：Based on achievements of predecessors, with Lithology and sedimentary structures and microfacies, the Sinian can be divided into 15 lithofacies, which constitute 6 sedimentary facies and 8 sedimentary subfa- cies. Combined with the features of lithofacies and sedimentary facies, depositional environment of Sinian in Lushan Area can be divided in four periods. The area underwent three large-scale transgressions.
