Study and application of non-destructive testing technology to firm quality in anchor
Abstract：As an important part of tunnel combined lining, bolts＇construction quality is key to the security of the tunnel. In the tunnel construction, testing the quality of bolt can not only control the construction quality, but also ensure the safety of construction. Based on the one-dimensional wave reflection principle, the article uses bolt NDT instrument and applies the principle of elastic waves dispersion, diffraction and reverberation in the anchorage system to detect the length of the bolt and grouting plumpness. In this article, through the detection of different states of wave theory and physical truth, we establish a database, which is the base for testing bolts in the highway from Mei Zhou to Da Pu. The database is also the assistant method of engineering quality man- agement for the tunnel construction to provide a better quality assurance.
