Research on high-precision digital weighing sensor
Abstract：The relations between power supply means and measurement accuracy of weighing sensors are discussed in detaily introducing intermittent constant current source.Signal processing circuit is designed,which is based on filter and instrument amplifier,using serial 20 bit analog-to-digital converter.In system software design,Chauvenet Rule to was introduced pull out of singular data and implement digital weighing sensor system optimization.Actual experiment showed that the weighing system obtained high precision,small temperature drift and high voltage sensitivity,offersed a good solution to transform analog signal weighing to high precision digital signal.
