Study on gas comprehensive control of “three soft” low permeability outburst coal seam
Abstract：Gas drainage of ＂three soft＂ low permeability outburst seam is a gas control problem in China now.Through the analysis of effective factors on ＂three soft＂ low permeability high-gas seam in Yonghua mine No.2,the paper provides detail and gas comprehensive control schemes of gas drainage of gateway and working face and pumping water into coal,and makes field test.The result shows that after using gas comprehensive control scheme,gas concentration in excavated face and return air is kept in 0.1 percent,gas drainage rate in working face reaches to 40 percent,working face gas concentration is controlled in 0.5 percent,working face wall strength is strengthened,and gas emission is controlled.Working face yield is enhanced,gateway driving speed is above 90 meters per month.So the mine realizes safety and rapid promoting of working face and gateway.
