The analysis of vibration reducing effect with TMD on high-rise frame
Abstract：The framework of a mixture of high-level industrial plant exists a large amplitude vibration in its normal productive process,and the staff＇s requirements of comfort cannot be met.Firstly,a finite element model of the plant is established and then several natural frequencies and modes of the structure are calculated with ANSYS.Secondly,the system ancillary equipment is taken as an additional mass of the TMD,and the parameters of the TMD are designed reasonably.The dynamic time-history of the structure with TMD and without TMD are analyzed under a harmonic excitation.The results show that the story drifts and accelerations of the structure with TMD have been well controlled and the control rate of which is 48% or more.Therefore,this design is feasible and provides a referential guidance for the vibration control of correlation structures.
