Research on dual fluid grouting material with steel slag
Abstract：As grouting materials used,complexed steel slag,slag and fly ash optimize the aggregate gradation as well as maximum use of industrial waste.Basing on the principle of alkali stimulation industry waste residue,the study worked out the optimal proportioning dual fluid grouting materials.The research indicate that the gelatin time would increase,but strength would reduce after first increased with the increase of water glass;The effect of steel slag mixed with slag is better than mixed with the fly ash;When the proportion of steel slag,slag and fly ash is 2∶3∶1,the strength is the biggest,the 28 d compressive strength reaches to 14 MPa.
