Frequent mining disasters reasons analysis and countermeasures to prevent and control
Abstract：Several opinions about the reasons for the current frequency of mining disasters were reviewed and the change process of management system in China was discussed.In 1989,the change of mining management system brought the impact on the safety in coal mine production.The main reasons for frequency of mining disaster and unapparent of manage effects were analyzed,some advices of control countermeasures for coal mine management in current China were proposed.
