Abstract：A large area of water inrush has caused by the roadway support types and some other factors which are not integrated the roadway pressure on the condition of the dynamic water in Zhongmacun Coal Mine．Therefore，the roadway destruction and the water inrush mechanism have been analyzed．A combination method of grouting at the shallow surrounding rock area for strengthening the surrounding rocks and the deep-hole high-pressue water-sealing grouting is adopted in the water inrush area of the roadway．Thus，the surrounding deformation destruction can be controlled，and the water plugging result is obtained．
