Abstract：In the construction of the large-scale water conservancy hinge Xiaolangdi Yellow River, the project inspect system has been first performanced and the universal term FIDIC is adopted. It has introduced the gist of survey inspect and the form and the central content of the project. Based on the project condition, the status, function, experience to engage with the world survey inspect on the water conservancy and water power project construction has been stated, and how to engage with international of survey inspect among the water conservancy and water electricity project construction have been explained.
