Abstract：With the development of GIS technology，currently, construction of 3D Model is becoming the internal and abroad hotspot. The construction of 3DGIS is discussed. Taking model of 3D urban building visualization as an example, a 3D object-oriented 3D vector data structure is built. When organizing data, RDBS, which is the core and meanwhile, added with Object-oriented mechanism, is adopted, which made it possible to manage graphic data and property data at the same time by RDBS.
