Abstract:The mechanical properties and durability of concrete incorporating ceramic tile polishing powder(CPP)were investigated. The results indicate that CPP undergoes a pozzolanic reaction within the concrete while also exhibiting a filler effect. When dosage of CPP is 20%,the activity index of mortar strength at 90 d reaches 114.01%,and the relative strength of concrete reaches 97.80%of the control group(non-CPP concrete).Additionally, the incorporation of CPP significantly improves the concrete's resistance to chloride ion penetration. At 90 days, plain cement concrete demonstrates high permeability, with an electric flux exceeding 4 000 C.In contrast, the permeability grade decreases significantly upon the addition of CPP,with the electrical flux falling below 2 000 C when the CPP dosage reaches 40%.
