Abstract:The stress-strain and size effect of manufactured sand recycled coarse aggregate concrete(MRC)under uniaxial compression were experimentally studied with stone powder(SP)content and recycled coarse aggregate(RCA)replacement rate as variables. The results show that with the increase of RCA replacement rate, the fluidity of MRC gradually decreases, and the peak stress and elastic modulus show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;when the SP content increases, the fluidity, peak stress and elastic modulus of MRC first increase and then decrease, and the mechanical properties are best when the SP content is 10%.Sargin model is capable of effectively characterizing the uniaxial compressive stress-strain relationship of MRC;the SP content has a significant influence on the size effect of MRC,and the Bažant size effect law is applicable for describing the size effect of the compressive strength of MRC cubes.
