Abstract:Nano-SiO2 aerogel(NSA)foamed cement(NSAFC)and expanded perlite(EP)foamed cement(EPFC)were prepared by replacing part of the cement in the foamed cement with nano-SiO2 aerogel and expanded perlite. The dry density, water absorption, mechanical properties, thermal conductivity, fire resistance and thermal insulation and microstructure of NSAFC and EPFC were compared. The results show that the water absorption of NSAFC and EPFC materials has different trends;compared with NSAFC,EPFC has the best 28 d mechanical properties when EP content is 6%;NSAFC is better than EPFC in terms of heat preservation, lightweight, and fire-resistant and heat-insulating properties.Pore structure of the NSAFC is more homogeneous.
