Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high material cost, poor applicability and poor environmental protection of water absorbent resin in the high moisture content muck improvement, modifications were made using rice husk ash, attapulgite, and nano-TiO2 to create a new composite free water reducing material for muck improvement, and its properties were studied. The results show that the introduction of attapulgite broadens the applicability of the composite free water reducing material, giving it excellent salt resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and suitability for spoil dewatering requirements in complex environments. The incorporation of rice husk ash and nano-TiO2 enhances the degradation rate of the composite free water reducing material, ensuring that its heavy metal content meets the standards for construction land. The liquid absorption capacity of the composite free water reducing material in musk is 100 g/g,which significantly reduces the fluidity of the musk and enabling it to meet transportation requirements within 10 to 15 minutes.
