Abstract:Alkali-activated conductive mortar was prepared using alkali-activated coal gangue-slag combined with carbon fibers(CF)and steel fibers(SF).The influence of fiber type and fiber content on the mechanical properties and resistivity of the alkali-activated conductive mortar was studied, and the electrical conductivity of the alkali-activated conductive mortar under different moisture contents and ambient temperatures was discussed. The results show that when incorporating only 0.45%CF or only 2.00%SF,the 28 d flexural strength of the alkali-activated conductive mortar increases by 67.66%and 80.78%,respectively,with concurrent enhancements in compressive strength. When incorporating only 0.30%CF or only 1.50%SF,a spatial conductive network is formed inside the alkali-activated conductive mortar, reaching the percolation threshold, which results in a significant reduction in resistivity.Additionally, the influence of moisture content and ambient temperature on its electrical conductivity is notably decreased.
