Abstract:Through orthogonal experimental design, the air void, high and low temperature performance, and water stability of bio-inspired warm mix recycled asphalt mixture were optimized, yielding the optimal combination of parameters.Concurrently,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)technology was utilized to conduct analysis of the mechanism by which the bio-inspired warm mix rejuvenator affects the aged styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)modified asphalt. The results indicate that the performance of the warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is optimized under conditions of a specimen compaction temperature of 130℃,a reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)content of 50%,and a bio-inspired warm mix rejuvenator content of 4.5%.The incorporation of 4.5%bio-inspired warm mix rejuvenator can effectively restore the functional group structure of aged SBS modified asphalt, further validating the accuracy of the macroscopic performance optimization of the bio-inspired warm mix recycled asphalt mixture.
