Abstract:To accurately characterize the dynamic viscoelastic mechanical response of super large particle size asphalt mixture(LSAM-50)flexible subgrade pavement,LSAM-50 dynamic modulus test was conducted to analyze the effect of temperature on LSAM-50 viscoelastic parameters. The master curve of viscoelastic parameters was constructed based on the generalized logarithmic Sigmoidal model. The LSAM-50 viscoelastic principal structure based on the generalized Maxwell model was constructed. The results show that temperature has a significant effect on the viscoelastic parameters of LSAM-50,and the aggregate embedding force dominates the change of LSAM-50's modulus when the temperature increases. The dynamic modulus and storage modulus decrease gradually with the increase of temperature and then stabilize. As LSAM-50 has larger particle size and aggregate embedding force,LSAM-50 has stronger resistance to deformation at high temperature compared with AC-20 and AC-13.The generalized Maxwell model can be used to construct LSAM-50 viscoelastic relationship with correlation not lower than 0.99.
